Each membership includes two professional service visits per year, where our technicians perform a complete HVAC maintenance and air system service.
During each visit, we provide:

- Condenser outdoor coil cleaning
- Air duct basic cleaning from the main intake return
- System sanitization & disinfection
- Deodorizer treatment for fresh air circulation
- Airflow and HVAC system safety inspection
- HVAC filter replacement
- Dryer vent deep cleaning and lint removal
- Refrigerant (Freon) level check

Repair credits apply toward eligible HVAC repair services only.
The following major components are not included in the repair credit:
- Compressors
- Refrigerant leaks
- Refrigerant recharge
- Evaporator coils
- Condenser coils
- Major motors
- Duct system replacement
Repair credits cannot be exchanged for cash and may only be applied toward services performed by Tornado HVAC.
